May we ask why you are discontinuing your services with us?
To cancel your account and have a refund issued, please verify you are the account's owner by replying with the password on the account or the last four digits of the credit card -- this is for security purposes. If you have paid with PayPal please respond with the password for your HostMonster account.
When a cancellation is processed, we delete all of the content from the account. This includes emails, files and databases. Once they have been deleted, there is not a possibility of restoration. Please confirm you have backed up all necessary files before we process the cancellation.
