我明明已经续费了，现在又来EMAIL说要续费，而且我的帐号已经被停了？

我原来的空间是2009年2月要续费的，然后我续了，现在4月快五月了，又来EMAIL说要续费，而把我的帐号停了，这是为什么，我EMAIL放上来，老大帮我看看，是怎么回事？

ssl证书是什么东西呀，但我当初根本没有购买过这个东西，怎么会突然出来这么个东西？

能不能帮我翻译一下，就是说我不需要SSL certificate renewal这项服务，网站是否还能使用？
