求坚持继续退款的英文(已解决问题)

申请了一个非主流主机商的主机,那叫一个慢。开TICKET申请退款,那个回复也是慢,等了几天今天终了回复。大意是给我换一个更好的服务器,我那里还敢要他们的服务器,退款是坚决的。求大家给我一封意见坚决,但又不失礼貌的回信,以断了他们的念想。

这是他们的回复:
Hello,

I am sorry to hear that you are facing problems. We would like to keep you business and work to insure that all your problems are fixed. We now have a much better server that we can move you to free of charge. The new server has twice the amount of memory than the current machine and I can assure it will work much faster. We normally only put platinum and extreme reseller plans on that type of server but I can offer it to you for free so you will be on a much better machine

If you would like us to migrate you so that we can make sure your problem is fixed, please let us know.

Please re-update this ticket.

Thanks very much for  your service and offer but I am sorry to have to request a refund .
