购买独立IP收到回信该怎么回复?

照论坛的范文提交了ticket,收到下面的邮件,该怎么回复,英文好差,谢谢各位啦~

Hello, A dedicated IP is not included in the cost of your hosting. We can provide you with a dedicated IP for $2.95 per month billable in one lump for the remainder of your term. To purchase a dedicated IP online, login to CAP (Customer Account Page) at https://account.lunarpages.com with your cPanel or Plesk username and password, then choose the Upgrades / Addons Menu. You may also reply to this ticket with the information, including the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, and we can upgrade your account. Note: It may take a few days for the dedicated IP to be assigned. We will email you at the address on file for your account with the new IP address when it's assigned. I hope this is helpful. 谢谢,不过选择“ Upgrades / Addons ”出现下面的内容,看来我是没法用这方法买了。
We apologize but this section is only available to customers who pay via credit card or e-check 。

我就又通过Ticket提交了一次,明确要通过Stratocash方式购买。这次几分钟就回过来。看这内容,是要我等待他们的邮件通知吗?真的不知道该怎么处理,请大家帮帮忙,谢谢。

已经提交到技术部门处理了
你回复你的第一封邮件,就是最上面那个帖子的邮件,把你的信用卡最后四位数字提交过去,再说明要购买独立IP
