The bank was told that the domain renewal was a fraudulent charge and so there is a pending chargeback on this account. We need you to verify that it was not fraud by sending in a copy of the card involved in the chargeback and photo ID matching the cardholder's name, plus a statement saying the charge was valid. If you can email that to Billing@hostmonster.com then your account will be reactivated so you can move the domain to another account.
