购买Lunarpages虚拟主机可以登陆，上传文件，但打开网页显示英文为：
Forbidden
You do not have permission to access this document.
说我没有许可存取这一份文件。
后来在我的邮箱里，看到4月8号Lunarpages虚拟主机商，发来未收到交易款信件。是不这个原因才不能打开网页的？我是4月1号通过网上支付购买的，订单显现交易成功的，为什么Lunarpages主机商会没有到交易款？请帮忙解决谢谢，邮件英文如下：

在试用期网站是可以打开的，为什么我的网站打不开？（Forbidden you do not have permission to access this document. ）是不是我上传的文件有错误造成的呢？

网页打不开，出现403错误，进入后台删除httpdocs文件夹里文件，重新上传文件，有三个文件怎么删除不了，是什么原因啊？
