关于在IX注册域名的复杂疑问

有点复杂，我尽量简单说：
我在IX申请主机成功后，绑定了自己的四个域名，然后又打算申请一个免费域名，结果误操作，成为收费域名了，于是IX从我这边的信用卡扣走了19.95美元，事后我又把这个域名转成免费的了（也就是占用了他送给的三个免费域名其中的一个名额），转了之后这个域名忽然就不能用了，ping之后也不是以前分配我的那个ip，在这之前一直是可以使用的。
这是何故？
现在从国内其他域名注册商查询我注册的这个域名，都是未注册状态。
郁闷
请教大漠兄。

仔细看了一下应该还是信息确认的缘故
可是帮我支付信用卡的朋友在欧洲旅游，联系不到，我截图让老大看看
看看可以用其他的方式确认吗
