I am a current customer and have been fighting with them for 6 weeks trying to cancel.
This place blows chunks. It seems like a good deal at first until you see how slow thier servers are and how oversaturated thier internet connection is.

And when you try to cancel WOW they will ignore you for 6 weeks. Unless you fill out a complicated cancellation form which asking for everything except your great grandmothers madien name.

They try to charge a $300 non payment fee if you dont renew. And require a 30 day written notice prior to cancellation or they will charge you for a month of service for which you are not getting.

Avoid this place at all costs and try a more traditional and reputable palce.

There scam artists are there to screw you over.

And when you dont renew they start sending you multiple emails every day, night and day without fail.

And when you try to contact them by email they just ignore you.
