name买域名失败钱被扣了1000多！

大家好，今天来这里求助各位一个事情。

我在name.com 购买域名，我的PAYPAL 是和信用卡捆绑的，之前不知道捆绑后可以直接从信用卡里扣款的。

我购买一个域名，付款期间提示失败。总是购买不成功。

这样我就反复购买，有的是直接用信用卡号支付的，有的是用 PALPAL.

最后我才发现我的信用卡被扣了140多美金。但是域名都是购买失败，没有成功。

请问各位钱能退还给我么？大概多久能退还给我？我给他们写信该怎么写。我自己英语不大好，请各位帮忙。

真巧，我也是，我刚通过邮件申请到了退款。
你购买后paypal会把你的资金临时冻结，你需要在paypal查询这些购买的唯一ID。然后寄给name的客服邮箱即可。

9楼，我也遇到类似的事情，不过name没和我说All monies should be returned to you.
只是说You will not be charged for these failed transactions.
