LunarPages，access后台不能上传文件

LunarPages，access数据库，后台不能上传文件，目录权限都设置了。网站都能正常访问，但是在网站后台中，不能上传文件。
错误提示
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

哪个后台？程序后台还是控制面板？

通过网页上传文件的形式。不是用PLESK。例如进入http://www.XXXX.com/admin/login.asp，不能在里面上传文件到虚拟空间。
