急! HM邮件发送失败!

今天发现邮件发送不了,发送后收到这样的一封邮件,请问是什么问题?

是从HM的邮箱发到QQ邮箱吗？发到Gmail试试看行不行

是从HM自带的邮箱发送的,其它的的邮箱也发送过的,都不行

我问了HM的Live Chat
他说:you can not send emails using that email account
说完马上就结束掉聊天窗口了,这什么意思呀?
我不能用此帐号发送邮件?
为什么昨天之前都是好好的?
