Thank you for contacting Online Support. It appears you want to know why the purchase did not go through. After reviewing the email we sent you, it appears the refund has automatically been processed via Alipay. Products purchased with Alipay may not be available for up to 24 hours while Alipay confirms that the funds have been received. A receipt does not display in the account until the products are available in the account. Please keep all items in the shopping cart. Alipay will need to verify the amount in the shopping cart and making changes at this time will cause the order to fail. It appears the process could not complete because the shopping cart had been changed or updated. You will need to contact Alipay for more information with the refund. Refunds processed via Alipay can take up to 7-10 business days to process. Sorry for any inconvenience.

您的订购没有被通过的原因:您的产品在生效后才会有电子收据显示在账户内 所以此前,您要保留在购物车内的所有项目  支付宝需要验证购物车内的数目,在此期间如果您变更购物车的内如将引起订购失败。这次失败就是您更改了购物车内的项目所致。
如果您对退款有疑问,请直接联系支付宝取得更多信息。支付宝的退款最多需要7-10个工作日到账。抱歉给您带来的不便。
