大侠帮忙,GD官方回复的大概是什么意思?(已解決問題)

昨天上午我有一个域名过期了,之后我通过支付宝续费成功,并且支付宝已经扣款,见此帖:http://bbs.idcspy.com/thread-438256-1-1.html

到昨天晚上的时候,我就给GD官方发了一封咨询邮件,内容如下:
Hello, I have a domain name, has a renewal and pay for the success, but the state of the domain name is still expired state?
I want to ask whether FeiChengGong domain name renewal?


今天上午GD回信:

我今天去登录GD帐户查看昨天续费的域名状态时,域名却不见了?我有点晕了,这是什么一情况啊?款也没退,域名也不见了???

他们信中说您的续费付款没有被进行,款项很快就会被退还。

版主,我想问一下,那我的钱何时退还给我呢,还有我的域名也不见了哦,真的有点晕晕的。

是什么一情况呢?
