求助！！突然就登不上控制面板和FTP

我用的LunarPages
不知道是怎么回事我电脑IP登不上cPanel 论坛网页也登不进去只要跟主服务器IP有关的都登不上去
但换个IP就可以上了

FTP也连接不上之前都是好的突然这样已经两天都上不了了

我看之前也有人有这个问题不知道怎么解决的

求高手指点！！

登录不了cPanel有什么提示吗？
你所指的登录不了论坛网页指那个论坛？

服务器连接的网页 www.wollongongcssa.com
IP是67.210.113.200
登录这个网址进不去会出现

cPanel是一直loading 然后也会跳出上面的提示
（我确定我网络没有问题）
