Hello, If you require PHP 5, we can move your account to a supporting server. This may require that you update the nameservers for your domain after the move, as our PHP 5 server may not use the same nameserver set that your account is currently on. This would be done at your registrar *after* we've confirmed that your account has been moved to the PHP server. Please advise if this is acceptable. Before we can move the account, we also need to know if you have any of the following: ASP (Active Server Pages) - provide domain(s) currently enabled JSP (Java Server Pages) - provide domains(s) currently enabled Ruby on Rails - (Provide Application Name and Path; Is it fastcgi, or mod_ruby? - Please note the new server is currently enabled for fastcgi only at this time) Add-on domain(s) - provide name(s) and corresponding folder(s) Dedicated IP - provide IP digits Mailman Mailing List(s) - provide name(s) MySQL databases? - if you have these, please back up the SQL databases using the 'backup' option via cPanel. You have the option here as well to backup the full account, home directory, email aliases and filters as well. These are recommended when considering a move of the account. (Please note, the new server provides support for MySQL 5) Parked domain(s) - provide name(s) SSL Certificate - (Provide domain it is enabled for) Email Defense: - (Provide domain it is enabled for) Custom Mail/MX records: Provide them here. Custom DNS Records: Provide them here. If you wish to proceed, for security purposes to confirm you are the account holder, please provide your Lunarpages account username and the last 4 digits of your credit card on record for the account.
