Support Staff Response
Dear Qin,
Thank you for contacting Online Support. If you wish for your domain to resolve to your hosting account you will need to update your domains nameservers to the following (please note this will move your domain's DNS to our servers). Should you need to maintain your domain's nameservers with your current registrar you would need to update your domain's A Record to match your hosting account's IP address which is also listed below.
Your hosting account's IP address is: 72.167.***.***
ns41.domaincontrol.com
ns42.domaincontrol.com
Changes to the settings of a domain take an average of 48 hours to become effective because of the number of networks involved, and because these networks are controlled by several different agencies. This delay applies to all domains with any Registrar, not just Go Daddy. Please allow for this delay when planning web sites or configuring a domain to work with your services.
Please contact us 48 hours from the requested change if the problem has not resolved itself and we will be happy to investigate the issue further.
Please let us know if we can assist you in any other way.
Regards,
Mitchell P.
