From reviewing the traceroute to your IP, the issue occurred after leaving the west coast and reaching the Asia ISP:

gigabitethernet6-0-0.ig2.lax7.alter.net is the last USA hop before leaving the US. I suspect there was an issue with one of the ISP between your location and our location during the times connectivity was intermittent.

正常的路由调整吧？不太清楚。LZ的IP不正常么？
