Thank you for contacting Server Concierge. In regards to your server, win20110910:

We understand you have some questions about the bandwidth overage that occurred for the month of September. The dedicated server plan that you have is a Windows Economy plan that includes a total of 500 GB / month and resets every bill cycle (Unused bandwidth does not carry over). From the dates of 09/09 - 10/08 a total of 689.309GB. Which is 189 GB over the allocated amount. The largest day of bandwidth consumption was on 09/17 and totaled 246 GB. Please understand that bandwidth includes all normal traffic including file uploads and downloads. To prevent this in the future you can enable Bandwidth Overage Protection.

意思是说不包括上个月未使用的流量的，只限本月的流量，你这个月流量超支了
