怀疑服务器数据丢失。。。。

前天，网站突然无法访问，测试FTP无法登陆，CP面板也无法打开，PING下服务器IP超时，后来确定是服务器当机，随即就发送邮件询问，被告知服务器出现问题。

第二天，服务器IP能PING通，但是网站依然无法访问，CP面板能进去，但是与以前不一样了，能进入phpMyAdmin，随即把数据库全部备份下来。期间有段时间打开我的网站全部被跳转到LP的主页了。

现在CP面板能进去，但是还是不正常，网页也无法打开，FTP也无法登陆，CP面板里提示FTP有下面字样的错误

我想确定确实是服务器数据丢失了吧？遇到这样的问题可以申请赔偿不？

另外，遭遇到这样的事情，一般多久能恢复？

是数据丢失了，但正在恢复中，预计3月7号全部恢复，要赔偿估计不可能的

你不是已经备份了吗？他们服务器也有备份，等过两天服务器恢复就好了
