Now I'd like to upgrade my package to the VPS Plan.
There're two points I must emphasize before I purchase the upgrade serve:
Firstly,I'm wondering if there're any datas loss of my original sever.
Secondly,the IP of my original sever I purchased is an independent IP.
Then I request you to convince me of the followings:
Guarantee the existence of all datas of my original server.
Make sure I can continue to use my original independent IP. I openedthe independent IP :64.50.160.194 at the same time I bought the serveron 15th,February.
So please bound my independent IP to my server as soon as possible;My present IP is :74.50.25.165 on lunarpages server.

邮件内容如我上面的ticket里的文字大同小异
得到的居然是自动回复挖,我很苦恼,非常苦恼
我提供的地址里人家是怎么解决的呢?看样子也是邮件吧
人家是用的哪个邮件地址呢?LP的所有邮箱我都有的
我现在只想恢复论坛后赶紧升级VPS,这是我决定的事了
可是总是无法正常登录我该怎么办挖我,最起码你得让我能登录论坛吧
对了,我是64开头的独立IP,可我ping我现在的域名IP指向是74.50.25.XXX
莫非还要去我的域名管理中心更改DNS才能登录论坛吗?DNS不都是统一设置的吗?

我PING出来的IP74.50.25.XXX 又有什么用呢,我的独立Ip是64开头的,天呐,救命挖!

VPS好像带独立IP的。你可以要求退款
