Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for contacting Online Support.
I apologize, but it appears that you have your Front Page Extensions installed on your hosting account. Because of this, the permissions option has been disabled. To access your permissions, I would suggest uninstalling and then reinstalling your Front Page Extensions.
To uninstall FrontPage Server Extensions, follow these directions.
First, log into your account:
• Go to the Go Daddy Account Login Page
• Log in using your account username (which may be the same as your customer number) and password
If you have trouble logging in, our password reset form may help you. You can find this form through the following link:
Account Retrieval Page
Once logged in, follow these steps:
• Select 'Hosting' under the 'My Products' section.
• Next to the hosting account you want to modify, click 'Manage Account'.
The Hosting Manager screen will display.
• Under the Settings section of the Hosting Manager, click the 'FrontPage Extensions' icon.
• Select 'Uninstall FrontPage Extensions' next to the Select Installation Option.
• Click 'Submit'
Please allow a short duration (60 minutes) for the FrontPage Extensions to be uninstalled.
