Dear Secure Certificate Customer,
Thank you for contacting SSL support. Your certificate has been revoked.
Revocation is a permanent action and cannot be reversed. This results in the instant and permanent cancellation of your certificate. You are asked to confirm the revocation intention and list a reason before our system allows revocation of the certificate. Because the certificate was revoked per your request, a credit cannot be issued to create a new certificate.
Once a certificate has been issued, you are eligible to receive a partial refund within the first 30 days of issuance. Any refund is less a $15 admin fee for the resources and support required for the issuance process.
To initiate a refund, please reply with the receipt number for the revoked certificate purchase and the last 4 digits of the payment method used to purchase the revoked certificate.
If you need a new certificate, you will need to purchase and apply for a new certificate credit.
