紧急求助！lunarpages为什么要我提供个人身份资料！

昨天成功通过paypal购买了lunarpages的Basic空间及一个域名，但lunarpages迟迟没有开通，今天收到一封邮件居然要我传真个人身份资料给他们，我想问问大家有没有碰到过这样的事情，请告诉我应该怎么办，谢谢好心的高手帮下我！！！
这是邮件的内容：

Thank you for your interest in opening a new hosting account with us.

Before we can approve your new hosting account, please fax the photo ID of the person's name on the account into our offices. This can include a government issued photo ID/driver's license, passport, etc.

Please fax this to:
ATTN: New Accounts
Fax#: 714-521-8195

Once we receive this information we will immediately process this order.

If you do not have access to a fax machine, you can also scan this information and attach it to this email.

We trust you will understand that these procedures are in place for the customer’s protection as well as Lunarpages.
