.mdb文件没有了（已解決問題）

请高人帮忙翻译：

近一个星期主机都无法正常使用，对我们产生了严重的影响。
一开始是所有的网站报503错误，同时ftp无法登录，仅能通过控制面板的ftp file manger查看文件。
过了几天通过ftp file manager可以查看到文件夹，但是文件夹内没有任何文件。
今天发现网站可以访问，ftp file manager可以查看文件，但是所有站点的正在使用的.mdb文件都没有了，只有以前备份的mdb文件。ftp依然无法登录。
请问你们是不是恢复数据的时候遗漏了重要的.mdb文件，请拿出解决方案！
这次完全是你们的问题，要我出150美元恢复数据，是不合理的！

I can't normally use my host for the last one week,and it is a serious influence on me.The first all of my website appear 503 error and I can't login my FTP,I can only check my fiels through ftp file manger in the background.I can check my files through FTP tools recent day,but there are no files inside the folders.I can visit my website and check my files through FTP tools today,but all of my website has lost .mdb files which are using,and only the backup .mdb files are existing before,and the ftp can't login now.I want to know whether you have left out the important .mdb files when you restore the data of mywebsite or not,Please help me to resolve it.The total problem is belong your,and it is not reasonable that you ask me to pay 150 dollars to restore the data.Thanks a lot!
