VDS没来及续费被关了，求帮助！（已解決問題）

我的VDS一个月没看，被关了，我看下邮箱，之前有收到超出宽带的邮件，而且我是刚续费升级的VDS，不应该是过期关了的，是不是宽带超出，给我关了？现在会员中心查看服务器的地方也不显示服务的名称了，也没地方续费和升级，我该怎么跟客服说，请帮忙翻译一下谢谢。

If you wish to continue hosting with us, you would need to purchase another server. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
