你是live chat 联系他们sales部门吧？这个部门不负责退款的

从我联系Live chat 的经验来看，一般如果一两分钟后你还没有新问题，他们会关闭本次会话，因为其他人在等待中

太搞了吧，我IX的客服人员联系半个小时都没问题，刚买的时候因为zend没给我安装好，我向他们发火也不会挂啊，这对比差太多了吧
