我之前写了5封邮寄,一个都没回我,现在又给了我一个邮箱,就当了结了? 有这么服务的吗?

你是live chat 联系他们sales部门吧?这个部门不负责退款的
退款要发邮件到billing@lunarpages.com
从我联系Live chat 的经验来看,一般如果一两分钟后你还没有新问题,他们会关闭本次会话,因为其他人在等待中

太搞了吧,我IX的客服人员联系半个小时都没问题,刚买的时候因为zend没给我安装好,我向他们发火也不会挂啊,这对比差太多了吧

他们关闭你的会话前提是:解决了你的问题后才关闭的,从你们的聊天记录来看你的问题已经解决
他们是销售部门,不负责退款的,所有让你发邮件到:billing@lunarpages.com

那个live chat 是用来售前咨询的,不是处理问题的
