都过了9天了 退款还没到 我又问了一次 回复我这个

大概是這樣，已幫你申請退款到你帳戶，由於規定某些服務項目是不能退的，所以需要48小時做審核。如獲批准需要5~7日退款到你帳戶裡。就算無法退款也會通知你原因。

意思就是最多從這封信算起2+7=9天後會退款
