请问为何出现Destination port unreachable

当在一个空间中建立好一个站点后，可以访问，并且速度很快。通过ip138.com等类似的程序也可以找到我的域名所对应的IP地址，可是唯独用cmd命令行进行ping时却出现了以下错误，不知道为什么？

xxxxxx假设是我的域名

C:\Documents and Settings\admin>ping xxxxxx
