气死，连独立IP也被停用了

LP突然说我的资源占用过多，就把我的空间给移走了
真是莫名其妙
最近几天一直无法访问，FTP、cpanel都用不了
多次ticket询问下来，才搞清楚原来独立IP也被LP停用了
说要等我对网站内容采取安全措施后才会重开
但是没有独立IP我就无法登陆更新内容
怎么办呢？

这是LP的部分回复内容：
1.说我无法访问是GFoC造成的
Hello,

It appears that the atlantis server is blocked by the GFoC. Can you please let us know if you are able to use a proxy server in order to access cpanel and update your site in order to not cause excessive resource usage?
2.说我的独立IP暂停了
Hello,
Thank you for getting back.
Since your account was moved to the stabilization server we will not be able to use the dedicated IP.

临时服务器上只能使用共享IP，临时服务器可以访问吗？

资源过超或网站内容的问题，无论是主机商或国内河蟹都不管你什么IP的

转移服务器ip一般转移不过去的。。。

论坛是比较消耗资源的，如果优化的好的话一百多人应该是没有问题的

LP终于回信了：
Thanks for your cooperation. After reviewing your account it seems that your account usage is ok . We will again check your usage after 24 hours if usage is ok then we will move your account back to the production server.
希望这回不要出什么问题了

账户恢复成功，独立ip在account move back后3小时左右终于可以使用了
现在国内可以正常访问了
