Actually, a server move would not be possible in this case. When an account has had a dedicated IP for some time and suddenly becomes blocked by the GFOC, they are specifically blocking your account for something they do not like on it. If we change the dedicated IP, they will notice the change and block the new IP. We cannot continuously change the IP. Can you think of anything on any of your domains they might object to that you can remove? If you are hosting any blogs or forums, is it possible there is a post on them that would be objectionable to them?

Hi,

We currently do not have any additional Dedicated IPs present on the server so I have changed your IP to the shared IP. Please do not readd the site that had caused the initial block as if this is performed the GFOC will block our entire server not just your IP.

I will go ahead and request another Dedicated IP for your account, which can take up to 7 days to be processed. If your Dedicated IP becomes blocked again, we will not be able to change the IP for you. This will be a one time only courtesy, hope this clarifies.
