老大能帮忙写封信吗？（已解决问题）

我在SWVPS里购买了几台VPS,选择的都是洛杉矶机房，但发现在只有一台高配置的VPS的IP是在洛杉矶，其它的都不是，都要美国 弗吉尼亚州，67.207.*.*IP段，
现在想请写信叫他们退还2.5美元，或换到洛杉矶机房，同于我英文不大懂，只会看，所以想请老大帮忙写一封，非常感谢

I chose the Los Angeles data center undoubtedly when I bought several of your VPS.
But for now, only one vps is located at the Los Angeles data center while others is still located at the Virginia.
Please help me to move my vps to each correct data center, thanks.
