Godaddy 150G 独立Ip：184.168.158.107，近一个月来都不稳定，尤其是北京时间下午更是经常性的打不开网站，FTP传文件也时可时不可！

      My dedicated IP is 184.168.158.107,and it is unstable in the last month,my web site can't be accessed normally especially in the afternoon at beijing time,at the same time,I can not upload the files through the FTP.I want to know what is reason,thanks a lot!
