今天我发现我的godaddy的虚拟空间里的内容全都不见了,进入控制面板以后提示"Cannot read directory,我想联系下他们的客服问他们为什么会这样

为什么我的虚拟空间内容都不见了?进入控制面板后提示:Cannot read directory,而我没有收到任何的通知,请给我一个解释.我的虚拟空间的域名是:xxx.com

All of my files in hosting directories were disappeared!
When I login the control panel it showd"Cannot read directory",
but I haven't got received any notice mail till now.
Could you please to explain this problem?
