速度慢，我想换一个服务器，bluehost给我的回复

前不久在BLUEHOST买了个主机，开始速度还行，后来速度时而慢，时而快，时而打不开，非常不稳定，
但多半时间都是很慢的，于是我要求换一个服务器，但是他们这样回我的，有人能看懂吗？专业术语，看不懂啊。
我是以前看到kaaalaaa 发的贴子说他的都换了啊：

We cannot move your account to another server. This may be a connection issue anywhere from your ISP to our server location here in Utah. Please reply with a copy of a tracert to your domain name. This should show where in the internet the connection is being slowed down. The speed of the internet is limited by its slowest link.
To do a tracert, go to a command line by clicking on start, run, and typing cmd.
Then enter tracert aweng.com

路由表测试方法：
WINDOWS系统下，点开始，运行，输入 CMD 回车，进入命令行界面，
输入 tracert www.xxx.com 回车 (www.xxx.com是代指你的域名)
就可以得到你的路由表了
