有惊无险，遭遇Abuse Team，总结经验

今天凌晨一点，baby空间里add on的一个域名网站被abuse，所在目录被锁定

上午10点，发现网站不能访问，打开信箱看到
第一封邮件：
Hello,
We were forced to disable the addon domain AAA.com on the BBB account on gator192. This account was causing high server loads from the number of connections and the scripts running under this domain. Please see our logs and let us know what can be done to prevent this.

142 www.aaa.com

12731 S aaa.com 100.00% 0.02s GET /images/maxspeed/lock_folder.
3804 S www.aaa.com 100.00% 0.02s GET /images/maxspeed/red_forum.gi

自己做了如下尝试：
ftp上去，子网站所在目录无法进入
将此目录改名，仍然无法进入，看来他们的锁定技术不是针对目录名，怎么改都无效
...
中间还有很多尝试，体会只有自己才能知道
总之心急啊，每天3～4千IP

然后仔细看一遍邮件，给他们做如下回复：
I'm use a new template for my website yesterday,
just the new template causing high server loads.
i'm sorry for that.

Please enable the addon domain yesese.com on the senong account
and i can import my old template
英文不好，靠着电子词典拼凑了上面这封邮件

I have enabled the account for you.  Please make the changes and let us know once completed.

好了，能访问了，赶快上去，把Discuz论坛的模板切换为最初的模版，把已加的插件去掉，论坛性能调整到最省资源

经验总结：
1，关于hostgator空间
当空间出现问题时，第一时间查看邮件
尽量借助工具弄懂邮件的意思，然后回复解释一下原因，一般过一会儿就会解决(客服很神速)

2，关于论坛
Discuz论坛性能不错，但是尽量用官方模板
第三方模板很容易造成使用资源过多，进而被封

确实是这样的，很多资源问题以及速度问题都是因为不好的模版和插件造成的

其实只要联系客服，一般都会很好的解决问题的。
一定要按照客服的要求做。
