新上传的文件 权限都是600（已解決問題）

我新上传的网页文件权限都是600，造成网页上提示错误403.
我已经修改了目录的权限为755，但是新上传的文件夹还是600,
请帮忙检查下

Hello,
there's something wrong with the file permission of my webpages. when i uploaded a webpage file, it automatically set its permission to 600, i tried to change it to 755, but it didn't work. I wonder if you'd mind helping me to check it out, thank you!
