godaddy 的主机 老是出问题，求推荐新的主机

今日下午ping 我自己的域名 又ping 不通。早上还好使，godaddy 空间老是出问题。
求推荐 新主机 。要求，能做dzX2 论坛。 ping 速  300 左右 。能更快当然更好。
