求通过FTP看不见文件，全是空白的翻译（已解決問題）

我名为123子目录下的文件全没了。显示空白，但是文件确实存在，可以通过域名访问。
通过FTP软件是空白，后台file manger 也打不开。
已经2天了。请问该怎么办，如果要联系客服 ，英文怎么写啊。

       The files under 123 directory show blank when I open it through the FTP software,but the files actually are existing,and I can access files by domain.It also can not take effect when I open it through file manage of background.it has been for two days,Could you help me to check it？thanks a lot!
