俺英文不好，想找客服问下如下内容，哪位大哥帮忙翻译一下：
1.我的FTP根目录下的dyrx.zip文件无法删除。
2，后台提交的域名dyrx.org以及二级域名到现在都没有生效，已经五天了。
请帮忙解决。
