我咨询过当地的ISP说没有问题.

我有2个疑问：
1.当我不能访问我的网站时，为什么我可以正常访问www.godaddy.com？
2.当一个地区有很多用户访问Godaddy机房时，Godaddy机房配备的TippingPoint入侵防御系统是否会把这一地区的正常请求误认为是恶意请求，从而限制这一地区用户的正常访问呢？

Hello,

I enquired local ISP provider, they told me that there's no problem with me.
I have got two questions:
1. why can I browse godaddy's homepage when my hosting can't be visited?
2. whether or not godaddy run the TippingPoint Intrusion Prevention Systems to disallow the requests when the cpu load ups to be high?
