Incident Description:
In order to install the latest updates for Virtuozzo, our VPS Administrators will need to take each Linux VPS container down for a short period of time.  This downtime is scheduled to start on Saturday, September 3 at 1:00 AM EST (UTC-5).

The maintenance will be conducted on each container, one at a time, for approximately 30 minutes each.  We are anticipating this to take about 5 and a half hours to complete in total.
Which Customers are Impacted?
Customers on Linux VPS accounts.
How are Customers Impacted?
Nodes will be updated individually.  While the node is under maintenance, all containers on that node will be inaccessible for all services.  Downtime per node is not expected to exceed 30 minutes. How often will we be updated?
4 hours or as needed Time to Resolution (ETA)
30 minutes per hardware node; ~5.5 hours for all nodes.

IIS410 – Potential Hardware Issue – Resolved

Incident Description:
Our System Administrators have noticed IIS410 responding slowly and suspect that there might be a hardware issue.  Our team is currently in the process of checking the hardware and replacing and faulty equipment.
Which Customers are Impacted?
All customer's located on IIS410.
How are Customers Impacted?
Web and FTP servers on IIS410 are inaccessible. How often will we be updated?
Every hour or as more information becomes available. Time to Resolution (ETA)

4:12PM EST - Server is back online
Resolution Description
Server is online after a hardware swap.  Also, we have added some extra CPU power to better handle the load in the future.
