通过google checkout购买DH的过程中，拒绝国内信用卡

我通过google checkout绑定信用卡购买DH的过程中，在google checkout页面提示：DreamHost Web Hosting does not accept payments from China
  VISA xxx-5012 - Not accepted  -  Change

无法继续进行交易。
是不是用google checkout帐号不能用国内的信用卡？
注：我用的是优惠码：C95

我问过DH，他们明确表示他们欢迎任何国家的顾客
至于你出现的问题，是GOOGLE的问题

谢谢，按照你说的方法，设置国家为香港，提示电话号码要输入如：2345 6789，否则不行。
现在已经成功购买，正在等待DH为我处理，还没有给我回信。

Yes, we offer service to people of every country. Unfortunately Google
doesn't accept payment from some countries so a different credit card, or
perhaps sending a check in US Dollars may be needed in order to open an
account. Sorry about that. We don't really have any control over what
Google accepts I'm afraid.

看来很遗憾，无法直接从GOOGLE CHECK那买DH了
你可以进入你GOOGLE CHECKOUT的帐号，找到那张订单选取消
这样就自动退款了。

如果你很想买DH，只能联系DH的客服，告诉他们情况，希望用PAYPAL来购买
不过有一点需要注意，根据DH的TOS，PAYPAL是不进行退款的。就是说，账户余额会显示有多少多少钱，但这些钱你会发现无法refund到你的PAYPAL

checkout 帐号里面有个入口，可以给它提供信用卡的有关部门信息：

Government issued identification：       （这个应该是身份证或驾驶证的扫描图片）

Address verification:     （这个有三个选项，只要其中之一个）
   1   Credit/debit card statement:
   2  Bank statement:
   3 Utility bill:

上面三个选择分别是什么意思呢。
我的办的信用卡的地址和身份证上的地址不一致的，不知道GG认证能不能通过

这里有个问题
因为你是通过香港的选项支付的，所以肯定会要求你的地址是香港的。
据我所知，香港的身份证好像和我们不一样吧
所以GOOGLE肯定通不过认证

   1   Credit/debit card statement:  信用卡对账单
   2  Bank statement:  银行卡对账单
   3 Utility bill:  水电费对账单

我买的时候也遇到了google checkout的问题。扫描了上个月的对帐单发给google就可以了。
他们并没有查是不是香港人。

google checkout 是不支持信用卡的.  因为他觉得这个国家的人没有什么信用. 我也这么觉得. 所以跑到国外去买空间和域名了.
