现在我还是有一问题特别不明白

网上好多呢其实，什么香港的，台湾的，美国的，德国的，好多免费的虚拟主机，
但是我发现了普遍存在一个问题，

就是你能在大陆通过自己的PC访问，也能注册，甚至你可以登录到你的VistaPanel或其他什么控制面板中，

并且你也可以通过控制面板建立MySQL数据库，FTP也没问题，上传下载个文件什么的都可以。

可是惟独你输入http://XXXXX.XXX.com   登陆的时候，就会发现你无论如何也上不去，IE也不显示，IE
只显示这个：
Error 404 - The Webpage cannot be found
Most likely causes:

• You clicked a link that can be outdated
• You are trying to access file that does not exists on server
• Domain you are trying to access is not configured on this server (website was removed or is not setup or DNS has not propagated yet).
• 而且DNS也都指向对了

要不就是我给美国打电话，他们这样说：

That's because we silently reject application from users from China, Nigeria, Romania and some other "bad" countries and give that false error. Pleople from these countries were making tons of problems here so that is why we had to reject some applications.

并且他们We do not accept any tickets from non active members. That's because we first want to help active members.

也就是说大陆的人都进non active members了，所以不带咱们玩儿

不过我现在不知道www.co.cc 还能不能用，我用它注册了域名，并且设置了DNS---->myns1,myns2 server,
可是不行呀，用不了，当我输入域名的时候。

大家有知道www.co.cc  还能不能用的吗？可以发过来点 co.cc 结尾的网站让我看看。

其实是咱们国家的所谓的“金盾工程”把他们给屏蔽了，所以才导致这样的，而不是他们不给咱们提供服务。
他们都是面向全世界提供服务的。

你显示的HTTP404显然不是我们伟大的党的所作所为。因为你FTP和PANEL都可以访问的
