ix国内联通网络经常不能访问的问题

www.gzkeou.com求联通网络鉴定。

空间在ix，域名在godaddy。但如果此站不能访问，位于ix的另一个站也不能访问，别人做的一些ix站，有些也不能访问，位于godaddy空间的另一个站却能访问。所以，纠结了，到底是哪里出了问题。
原因看来：
1,godaddy域名解析出了问题；
2,联通网络出了问题；
3,ix出问题了，而且可能性最大

附上出问题时tracert命令的结果：

现在联通是又搞IX主机IP，又搞godaddy的DNS!

从tracert的结果来看，我查了一下v110.core1.nyc5.he.net [184.105.213.70]这个ip是属于美国的。说明已经解析到了美国，但是这个dns却不能继续解析了。这样看来：
1,联通垃圾，无意或者故意解析到不能正确工作的dns上，导致最终解析失败，而又撇清了责任；
2,美国这个dns（或者路由）垃圾，居然不能正确向前解析了；
3,ix垃圾，居然看看这个ip和ix是什么关系了
