第一封回信:Unfortunately we have not been able to replicate any issues with not being able to FTP to your hosting account, as we can do so by FTPing directly to the Shared IP, 208.109.181.37. Further, we noticed that there do not appear to be any sort of index file in the root directory of your domain, so visiting the Dedicated IP 72.167.25.2 will not pull up any page currently. We would recommend you uploading a new index.html file which should bring that IP back up for you.
第二封回信:It appears that while your hosting for wg-base.com is pointing to your domain name, your domain name is not pointing to your hosting.
As your domain is not registered through us, you will need to contact your registrar for directions on how to modify your nameservers. Please point your domain to the following nameservers so that it resolves to the hosting that you have with us.
ns52.domaincontrol.com. [208.109.255.26]
ns51.domaincontrol.com. [216.69.185.26]
Note: Changes to the settings of a domain take an average of 48 hours to become effective because of the number of networks involved, and because these networks are controlled by several different agencies. This delay applies to all domains with any Registrar, not just us. Please allow for this delay when planning web sites or configuring a domain to work with your services.

第三封回信:Thank you for contacting online support. As you do not have the domain using our nameservers then you will not be able to FTP using the domain name. You will need to use the Server IP address. Below are instructions on how to locate the IP address. Also, for your site to display you will need to point the domain to the nameservers fo ns43.domaincontrol.com, and ns44.domaincontrol.com at your current registrar.
First, log into your account:
• Go to the Go Daddy Account Login Page
• Log in using your account username (which may be the same as your customer number) and password

Once logged in follow these steps to locate the IP address for your hosting account:
• Select 'Hosting' under the 'My Products' section.
• Click the hosting account that you would like to look up the information for.
• Notice the 'Hosting Account Details' listing on the right side of the page.
• Here you'll be able to see the IP address for your server.
