但我的Basic plan hosting被自动续费了，虽然还没从信用卡扣钱，但如果过了14天的话，就会扣钱了。
我还需要给他们写信说明吗？

还是要先给他们写信取消自动续费功能。然后他们才不从卡里扣钱。
