自己有一个美国主机即将到期,一个新加坡主机,还有4个月左右,但新加坡主机太慢了,没使用,现在想把新加坡主机的剩余时间加到美国上,于是我就发邮件给GODAAY,内容为:
My first Deluxe-plan hosting (Hosting - Web - Deluxe - Linux - 1 year (recurring) 8/29/2011) will expire on August 29. meanwhile, yesterday, I have another Deluxe-plan hosting (Hosting - Web - Deluxe - Linux - AP Region - 1 year (recurring) 2/27/2012). Now,I want to know whether Deluxe-plan hosting (Hosting - Web - Deluxe - Linux - AP Region - 1 year (recurring) 2/27/2012) of the remaining time added to Deluxe-plan hosting (Hosting - Web - Deluxe - Linux - 1 year (recurring) 8/29/2011) .

To Cancel Your Hosting Account:


Log in to your Account Manager.

From the My Products section, click Web Hosting.

Click the on the name of the account you want to cancel.

Go to the Edit Account Details tab, and then click Cancel this account.

Click Cancel Account.


我按他们要求删除新加坡主机,但他们并没有把时间加在我的美国主机上,这是他们最后发给我的一封信息,现在我新加坡主机也删掉了,时间又没给我加上,我现在应怎么办呢?

你取消新加坡主机后他们会把时间添加到其它主机上，可以等等，如果没有给你添加，可以回复邮件咨询一下！
