We understand you wish to receive a refund for the server that you have canceled. The date you purchased the server was 7/18/2011 for a single month, and you canceled the product on 8/15/2011. The server had not renewed and was due on 8/18/2011. You did not pay for a renewal until 9/18/2011. Since you had canceled the server before the renewal, you will not be eligible for a refund as previously mentioned and you do not have remaining time until 9/28/2011 as you have claimed. I apologize for any inconvenience this may create.
Due to history of this ticket we are offering you the opportunity to be called directly to ensure there was a full resolution of the issue.
