我删除了VDS主机,但是官方说不能退款,我的主机到下个月也就是九月二十八号才到期,我想和他们说下面的内容,求翻译,谢谢^_^

我已经支付了从现在到九月二十八号的主机费用,既然删除了主机不能获得退款,那么能不再重新给我开一个主机让我使用到九月二十八号?
