主机被停，想取消帐户备份数据，该怎么跟客服说？

近来网站的流量太高了，LP把我的空间停了。我不想用他的了，我想取消帐户，但是我要先备份我的数据，现在主机被停了，控制面板进不去，该怎么备份啊？
该怎么跟客服说要取消帐户且让我备份数据呢？一般给多长时间我来备份呢？
求解。
